Hello My name is Jerry Wells, I live in Harriman Tennessee. After a very long and unfinished fight with children's services and the family court in Roane County I know I must take this fight further and fight for not only the rights of my children and my self but also people across Tennessee. I see the very same thing happening to families all across Tennessee and we must stop them from coming into our home and taking our children because of false allegations of child abuse made by an angry missing parent who is mad. These laws which allow children's services to take our children are wrong and an attorney can't help, The only thing that will help is for all parents in Tennessee to stand together and fight to have the laws changed. This is also dealing with child support and parents who don't want to give money to their children only to have it spent on junk for someone else other than the child. I am very upset with the system and hope you will contact me for more information on our new Vocal of Tennessee Organization and join this fight.
