Son found out that his wife is Lesbian. Her friends told her husband what she was doing. He moved her out. He got an attorney & got temporary custody of the children. She lived with her sister and they kicked her out because she was drinking up the beer from her husbands frig. She moved home with her parents & then got an apartment. Children are not happy visiting her on week-ends. At times the children would call their dad & tell him to come get them. The dad is a very careing dad & is very close to his children. He has the children enrolled in all kinds of activities & is always there with them. While they were married she was not paying the bills & was spending his pay checks on her friends. He found bills that was not being paid & very seldom had money to live on. She often went out and stayed out until 3:00 P.M in the mornings. Found out she was having an affair with a girl where she works. He saw a lawyer and the lawyer told him to file for full custody. They also went to a marriage cancelor before he told her to leave. The cancelor told him they should end the marriage and could not believe what she was doing. When it came her time to see the cancelor one on one she didn't show up. I would like to know what are his chances of getting full custody of his children. She was bringing her friends into the house where they lived & was making out with them in their home after being out till 3:00 P.M. in the mornings. Would this be considered as an unfit mother? Now that it's just him and the children, he say's he's has more money than he's ever had, the children have clothing & have gotten new bed rooms & have had their house remodeled and is able to have a lady come in & do house cleaning every 2 weeks. The childen are very happy. What chances do you think of him getting the children with the laws now being for the lesbians. She now wants the papers served, changed to joint custody. Does anyone know what chances he has in getting full custody? Would appreciate any help in the situation. Thanks in advance. Worried mother.
