I dont know where you people got your information, however I have searched the cutsody laws and visitaion laws of Ohio thoroughly regarding one of my grandchildren and spoke to law enforcement officals regarding this. No one has 100% custody of a child born out of wedlock. Even though the father is named on a birth certificate, neither party has custody. Should something domestic result from the two non married parents, law enforcement cannot and will not make one parent surrender the child to another as that would be a civil action law suit to be handled by a judicial system. Furthermore, although parentage may be determined through the judicial system even though a parent is ordered child support and the parent ordered to pay support isnt doing so, that parents visitaion rights CANNOT be discontinued based on non payment of support. Research the internet thoroghly, it is so informative. You may also want to try a site called "LawGuru"
