I would have to, as much as this hurts to say, I would have to say no you are not entitled to the abatement especially since the custodial parent Paid for the camp and all the spending money.

If you, as the Non custodial parent would have paid for the camp and spending money etc then YES, you would have a VERY good chance at an abatement and possibly even reimburssment of some of your costs associated with the camp.

What I would do since it was YOUR week is try for make up time since you didn't get your child. That should make everything even steven again KWIM?

I did get this right correct? The CUSTODIAL parent is NOT you?? lol It's early and I want to make sure I am reading this right.
