Sarah I am so sorry...I think you are the same one I emailed about 2 weeks ago becuase our exs seem to be just a like....There is no way in hell he has those rights to do this...I would do this...Tell him that since he has had them 5 wkends in a row then its your time...You take them for 5 wkends in a row and refuse visitation when he comes...You won't be found in contempt because he was in contempt too...The judge won't do nothing...My ex says I am not entitled to vacation with our child...and because of his work schedule, he works 24 hrs at a time, then I have to make up all of those hours..I figured it up last week and he misses like 36 hours total in one wkend but of course 18 of those being sleeping hours, so reality wise he only loses 18 hours in 20 weekends he is to have him, which equals 360 waking hours and if you count his extended time he misses 126 waking hours for a total of 486 waking hours in a years time...I have given him an extra 10 hours one week and 20 hours the other week and if you times that by 52 weeks of the year that is 780 hours of "make up time", which also means that 780 - 486 = 294...I made up an extra 294 hours with him that I did not have to...But he still thinks I owe him extra "make up time"...I will email you again and hope that I am emailing the right person..God Bless...Fight back you have the right! He wants control of you because you are not married anymore and this is the only way to get it....
