I went and saw a judge today. He is willing to represent me. HOWEVER!!! His fee is 15 hundred dollars. He said for a down payment of 500 hundred he could go ahead and submit the paperwork and as long as the hearing/custody is in question or in court he can not remove the kids from this jurisdiction. One HUGE problem.....where am I gonna come up with fifteen hundred dollars in 2 weeks?? I don't even have the five hundred. I can't get in 2 weeks either which is the expected time of ex's moving. I have no way to get 500 dollars either. I can not apply for a loan because of my bad credit. I don't work because I was a full time student in college. My family does not have that kind of money. Now my ex has his mother involved. She NEVER liked me or ever even gave me a fair chance. She decided right off the bat, that she did not like me. Once she heard that I was planning on taking him back to court, she said, "Let her. I want her to try and take him back to court". I feel as if I do not have anything to fight with. I'm helpless and hopeless.
